After Justin Bailey’s first attempt to find a bride ends in failure, at least for him, he starts to doubt himself. Is something wrong with him? Can he escape the gloom that seems to have settled over him and his future? He wants to find love. If only love could be found.

 

Lilah Foster wants to belong. She’s never had a family of her own and wonders if she’ll ever be able to break free from a life overshadowed by her employer, who seems intent on making her life miserable.

 

A chance for change comes, leading Lilah and Justin to something neither expected. Something wonderful, yet not without difficulty; or danger.

This is a clean and wholesome romance, which means there are no swear words and no sex scenes, though there will be plenty of swoony kisses. Intimacy between married couples may be implied (never described), and while my characters are often religious and try to live accordingly, they have thoughts, feelings and desires, just like any real person. I try to include lessons to be learned and good choices to be made regardless of situations.
